Overall Workflow

Our group is aiming to engineer cell biointerfaces that mimic real in vivo cell microenvironments or regulate cell behaviors as desired, especially during disease. Then, we identify therapeutic genes specialized to cell microenvironmental factors through genome-wide screening. Gene-manipulating system will be delivered through viral transduction and will be applied to animal disease models to verify its therapeutic potential.
